What size storage units do you have?
We have 20ft, 10ft and 6ft units at our Launceston self storage site and 20ft units at our Crediton self storage site. Our availability is always changing so please give us a call on 01566 334224 (Launceston) or 01363 363663 (Crediton) for further information.
What do I need to bring with me when I book storage?
We need to see 1 form of photo ID and also a utility bill or bank statement to confirm your address.
Where are you located?
Our Launceston self storage facility is situated just outside of Launceston on the A388 at Homeleigh Garden Centre, Dutson, Launceston, PL15 9SP.

What can I store at your facility?
Our storage units are high quality, vented containers suitable for a wide range of uses. If you are looking for self storage for a house move or de-clutter, or business self storage in Launceston or Crediton, we would be pleased to help.
We can store a range of items from furniture and household goods to bikes, appliances and business stock. What about de-cluttering that spare room or storing your garden equipment and tools with us?
We cannot store any perishable, hazardous or illegal goods.
When can I access my storage?
You can access your storage anytime between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, or by arrangement on weekends. This allows us to monitor the security of your storage more closely and helps us keep it safe.
Who insures the contents?
We ask that you insure your contents, this allows you to have the freedom to add and take away items without informing us.
We are an approved storage facility with insurastore.com. This means you can get a quote online in minutes and book with them – keeping your costs low and giving you peace of mind.
Do I need a padlock?
No. We supply a padlock for £40 which is returnable to you when you vacate the storage and return the padlock and key(s).
Do I need to pre-book my storage?
Yes, we recommend phoning before you arrive to make sure we have availability. Although we can generally arrange storage of items at short notice.
How do I pay?
Generally we take card payment for the first month and then GoCardless direct debit for recurring payments. We can discuss payment options on your first visit. Cheques, cash and bank transfers are also accepted.
When do I pay?
We ask for payment in advance of storing your items and on a monthly basis, in advance, thereafter.
Is it secure to store valuable items?
The storage space is securely locked at night and the surrounding areas have CCTV as well as live-on-site security. For extra peace of mind we always recommend insuring your items and we are an approved storage facility with insurastore.com
